６月のゆりの展示会１日目 / Lily Fair June DAY1

いよいよ、初日を迎えました。

例年よりも開花が遅れていたハウス内のゆりも、何とか間に合いました。

これから４日間で、開花率１００％にどこまで近づくか楽しみです。

今年は初日から、日本全国、海外からも、409名というたくさんの方にご来場いただきました。

ありがとうございます。

"Lily Fair June" finally started today.

The blooming was later than usual years, but our test greenhouse staffs managed to make them bloom by today. We can't wait to see how much the blooming rate will get close to 100%.

We had 409 visitors from today. We very much appreciate all the visitors.

今年の展示会では、いくつか新しい試みを行っています。

その一つが「ゆり人気投票」です。

This year's exhibition has some new challenges.

One of them is "Favorite variety ranking" board.

これまでも品種の人気アンケートは集計していましたが、

今年は生産、販売、消費と立場が異なる人が、それぞれの立場で品種を選び、投票ボードにシールを貼って、「私はこれがいいんだ！」という意見を“視覚化”したいと考えています。

We have asked the visitors their favorite varieties on paper questionnaires, but this year we made a board which the visitors can vote their favorite ones by putting stickers

on it.

そして、立場が違えば、考えも違うはず。

「それは栽培しにくい」「それは売れないよ」「球根がまだ無いです」などなど、いろんな言葉が出てくるでしょう。そこからがスタートです。それまで知らなかった意見を聞けるチャンスです。品種について、みんなで考えていきましょう。

ハウス内には、きっとみんなが望む品種があります。

だって、511品種もあるのですから。

You can see the differences between growers, auctions, florists, and consumers on the board as the colors of the stickers are different depending on the occupation. We hope that it will make much discussion between the visitors.
