今年も大変お世話になりました。 2015 going out, 2016 coming in

ついに、もう２つ寝るとお正月。2015年も終わります。
会社の玄関には門松を置きました。いよいよ年末年始、という感じです。
花壇の葉牡丹も、冬ムードを醸し出しています。

Only 2 nights to the New Year!!
We put a set of Japanese traditional New Year decoration "Kadomatsu" at the entrance.
The ornamental kale in the flower bed is also making winter-like atmosphere.

現在試験ハウスでは、2015年南半球産オリエンタル・OTの生育をご覧いただけます。

分枝が終わり、品種によっては蕾が色づき始めています。

Now you can see Oriental/OT varieties of crop 2015SH at our test greenhouse.

All the varieties have finished branching, and some have started coloring.

当社は明日12/31(木)～1/3(日)まで年末年始のお休みをいただきます。

1/4(月)から通常営業を始めます。

建設中・・・ Under construction

今日の高知は、12月、もうすぐクリスマスだというのに、妙に暖かい日でした。
Today's Kochi was warm even though it's middle of December.

現在当社のロット試験場では、倉庫を建設中です。
完成後は、植付け前処理の工夫や、倉庫作業の効率化など、技術的な試験も可能となります。
これからもさらに、皆様にお役に立てるような取り組みができるよう、がんばっていきます！
We are building a new warehouse at our lot test greenhouse.
This is to improve the efficiency the work at the greenhouse and to do more technical tests.
We hope our new activities will help you more.

冒頭　妙に暖かいと書きましたが、気分はクリスマスに向けて盛り上がり中！(筆者個人的に)

当社の事務所社屋には、社員の手でクリスマスイルミネーションが施されました。
今年は巨大ツリーを模した装飾で、さらに見ごたえありです！
地域の方々に楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。
The weather is warm but the mind is excited to Christmas!!
Our office building is now decorated with beautiful lights.

12月になりました Nearly end of the year!!

夏からダラダラと暖かい日が続いていた高知ですが、

先日から突然冬が始まりました。

みなさんは体調を崩されてなどいらっしゃらないでしょうか。

It had been very warm for a long time,

but suddenly winter came a few days ago.

We hope you are well in this sudden cold weather.

先週土曜日は、一般向けの試験農場公開デイ＆秋植え球根バザールを開催しました。

247名のお客様にお越しいただき、大盛況のうちに終了することができました。

お越しいただいた皆様、誠にありがとうございました。

We held the autumn bulb bazaar on last Saturday.

We are glad that 247 people came to this event and enjoyed the flowers.

寒くなりました。 Getting cold in Kochi

高知はどんどんと気温が下がっています。
社員の服装も、少しずつ冬服に近づいています。
It's getting colder and colder in Kochi.
The staffs' dress is becoming winter-like day by day.


気温の低下と共に、当社試験ハウスでは、ヒートポンプでの暖房を始めました。
As the temperature is getting lower, we started the heating by "Heat Pump" at the test green house.

試験ハウスでは引き続き、2014年オランダ産抑制・2015年南半球産の試験を行っています。
2014年オランダ産抑制の、オリエンタル・ＯＴ・鉄砲は分枝が終わり、つぼみがふくらんできています。
2014年オランダ産と2015年南半球産のＬＡ・アジアティックは、現在分枝途中です。
どうぞ皆さん、お気軽に試験ハウスまでお越し下さい。

先週はオランダ輸出会社各社から訪問のあったオランダウィークでした。
来週からは、当社常務と社員がオランダへ視察に出かけます。
皆さんにお役に立つ情報を少しでも多く持ちかえることができるよう、はりきって行ってきます！

Last week we had visitors from Exporters in Holland, and now it's our turn.
Our staffs will go to Holland from next week to see the harvesting/packing.
We hope we can get much information that is useful for our customers.

高知は久々のどんより空です。

Today we had cloudy day after many sunny days.

今日はロイヤルバンザンテン社より、ハンス・ダーマンさんが来社されました。

Mr. Hans Damen from Royal Van Zanten visited us today.

当社の試験ハウスを視察していただいた後は、今回も白熱した議論。

白熱しすぎて、今回は会議室の写真はありません。

今週は、デヨン、ザボーからも訪問予定です。

He checked our test greenhouses in the morning, and had big talking afternoon.

The talking heated up so much that there is no photo in the meeting room this time!

We'll also have visitors from De Jong Lelies and Zabo Plant this week.

オランダ輸出会社からの訪問シーズン！ Dutch exporters visiting our company!

相変わらずの秋晴れが続く高知です。
風もなく穏やかな天気で、
海外からのお客様がいらっしゃる時に掲げる社屋前の旗も、なかなかたなびきません。
それにしても、毎日本当に真っ青な空です。

The weather in Kochi is so nice and calm everyday
that the flags we raise when we have foreign visitors even don't move.

昨日は、オランダ　Ｐ.Ｆ.Ｏｎings社よりエバート・バンザンテンさんがお越し下さいました。
当社の発注・品質管理・営業の各担当者と、朝から晩までみっちりミーティング。
もうすぐ始まる2015年オランダ産の仕入れがより良いものになるよう、しっかりこちらのお願いを伝え、情報共有をしました。

Mr. Evert van Zanten from P.F.Onings visited our company today.
Our staffs from the purchasing, quality, and sales department had meeting with him all day long.
We talked and exchanged information and opinions to make the coming 2015NL business better.

The sky is high and we've been having nice autumn sunny days in Kochi.

 さて、以前からお知らせしておりますとおり、
現在試験ハウスでは、2014年オランダ産抑制試験、2015年南半球産試験を行っています。
改めて、今回の試験の詳細をご案内します。
We are now testing 2014NL late forcing and 2015SH at our test green house.
Herewith we introduce the details of each tests.

 2014年オランダ産抑制試験の、オリエンタル・OT・鉄砲は分枝途中です。
草丈、リン付が確認できます。
Oriental, OT, and longiflorum of crop 2014NL are now branching.
You can check the stem length and bud counts.

 2014年オランダ産抑制のLA・アジアと、2015年南半球産のLA・アジアは分枝前です。
リン付は11月上旬になると確認できる予定です。
LA and Asiatic varieties of both 2014NL and 2015SH are before branching.
It is estimated that you can see the bud counts in early November.
