街では新入生・新入社員の皆さんの初々しい姿が見られ、自分の中村農園での新入社員時代を思い出したりします。（今の何倍も生意気だったな……(´_ゝ｀)）
高知では、去年より１週間ほど遅く桜が開花し、現在満開中。
新しい元号も発表され、この新年度、そして来る新しい時代に、ソワソワ感にも似たワクワクを感じたりしています。
It's April now!
We see many first-year students and working people in this season, and I sometimes recall how I was like when I started to work in Nakamura Noen when I see such people (I was much cheekier than now).
Cherry trees have started to bloom a week later than last year in Kochi, and now they are in full bloom.
The name of Japan's new era starting next month was announced, and I feel excited about this atmosphere.

さて、先月から引き続き今月も、オランダの輸出会社からたくさんの方が弊社を訪れる予定です。
4月のNakamura Dutch Week、最初のお客様は、VWS社よりヘッツさんと、ヨルーンさんです。
As well as last month, we will have many visitors from Holland this month.
The first visitors of Nakamura Dutch Week in April are Mr. Gert Sijm and Mr. Jeroen Stoop from VWS.
ヨルーンさんはVWS入社３年目の、元気いっぱいのルーキー。高知に来るのは初めてということで、弊社施設などもゆっくりご案内しました。
Mr. Jeroen Stoop is a young and active rookie of VWS .
It was his first time to visit Kochi, so we showed him our facilities.

さて、前回のブログでは、海外からの訪問者がある日は、その方の国の国旗を社屋前に掲げるというお話をしました。
今日ももちろん、オランダ国旗が青空の下はためいています。
By the way, we mentioned that we raise flags of visitors' countries when we have foreign visitors.
Of course, a Dutch flag was fluttering under the blue sky today.
実はこの慣習、今は中村農園の会長となった中村裕司がかつてオランダを訪れた際、ある会社が訪問に合わせて日本国旗を揚げてくれていたことに感銘を受け、弊社にも取り入れたものです。
Hiroshi Nakamura who is our chairman now started this custom. When he visited Holland long time ago, an export company raised Japanese flag on the day. Hiroshi was moved by this hospitality, and introduced it to our company as well.
その会社とは、今も大切なビジネスパートナーであるヤン・デ・ウィット社。
先月のNakamura Dutch Weekの締めくくりで訪問いただいたのは、ウィット社のヤンさんとジョーディーさんでした。
The exporter was Jan de Wit en Zonen B.V. which is still one of our important business partners now.
The final guest in Nakamura Dutch Week in March was Mr. Jan de Wit and Mr. Jordy Brouwer from Jan de Wit.

どの輸出会社とも、長い会社の歴史の中で築かれてきた大切なつながりのもと、一緒に仕事をしています。
We work with all the exporters in strong relationships which we have made between decades.
