「6月のゆりの展示会」2日目も無事終了いたしました。

The second day of "Lily Fair June" finished successfully thanks to many visitors.

今日で関係者内覧会の日程は、終了いたしました。

Today was the last day of private viewing.

今回は、「ゆりふぇっくす」と題しまして、ゆり生産に関する農業設備・資材・農機具業者の担当者さんをお招きして、商品展示・紹介・商談をしていただいておりました。

We had a new content called "LILYFEX" this time.  The companies who deal agricultural facilities, machines, and other materials made their booths to introduce their products.

6月のゆりの展示会2018 part1 / LILY FAIR JUNE 2018 Day1

ついに、6月のゆりの展示会2018がはじまりました。

今年は梅雨の真っただ中の開催となりましたが、雨に降られることなく無事初日を終えることができました。本当に、感謝です。

"Lily Fair June 2018" finally started.

This year's schedule is in middle of rain season, but this first day finished with a nice weather all day.

It couldn't be better.

関係者内覧会ということもあり、ゆったりとしたハウス内。

Today was the open day for only business relative people, so it wasn't so crowded like the open days for general people.

そして、「ゆりふぇっくす」。

各種農業設備・資材・農機具業者の担当者さんをお招きして、商品展示・紹介・商談をしていただいております。

各業者さんそれぞれに、熱くトークされている模様が見られました。

Each company was communicating with the visitors actively.

こちらも細かな設定や、使用方法についての質疑応答がされておりました。

“ゆりふぇっくす”、熱いです。

Here as well, in the warehouse, there seemed to be many business talkings.
"LILYFEX" is actually an interesting challenge.

もちろん、オランダの輸入切り花コーナーも、大好評です。

ほとんどの品種が、ここでしか見られない貴重な品種ばかりとなっております。

このコーナーは、オランダ輸出会社のエバートさん(PFO)、ハンスさん(RVZ)、アリーさん(DJL)のご協力をいただいております。

Of course, the exhibition area of cut lilies which were imported from Holland was also popular.  Most of these flowers are not produced in Japan yet, so they can only be seen here.

We received a big help from Mr. Evert van Zanten(PFO), Mr. Hans Damen (RVZ), Mr. Arie Alders (DJL) and other people from exporters and breeders of arranging this flowers.

明日6/8も、関係者内覧会となっております。

明日も、皆様のご来場をお待ちいたしております。

Tomorrow, June 8th, is also the open day for relative people.

We are looking forward to seeing many visitors at our greenhouse tomorrow!

いよいよ、あさってから6月のゆりの展示会2018がはじまります。

ゆりの方も順調に開花がすすんでおります。

 

 

白も色ものもマッキ-サイズのものが続出しております。

いつもの大テントの設営もされております

 

いよいよです。6月のゆりの展示会会場でお待ちいたしております。

展示会まで2週間となりました。 / 2 weeks to Lily Fair June

「6月のゆりの展示会」まで、14日となりました。

弊社の準備も佳境に入っております。

ついに、展示会用の第一号が開花いたしました。

見に来られる方には、一足早い展示会もおすすめです。

It's only 14 days left to Lily Fair June.
Our preparation is in the last part.
The first variety has bloomed in our greenhouse which will be opened for the event.
If you have time, it should be interesting to come before the event as well.

開花第一号は、ホワイトオーシャンでした。

3/6定植ということですので、78日での開花となります。

The first one was White Ocean.

It was planted on March6th, so it took 78 days to bloom.

皆様ゴールデンウィークは、いかが過ごされましたか？

中村農園内では、GWが終わりますと、いよいよ展示会という雰囲気になってまいります。

How did you enjoy your Golden Week?

In Nakamura Noen, the atmosphere becomes Lily Fair June-mode after Golden Week.

6月のゆりの展示会まで、のこり1ヵ月をきってしまいました。

皆様、来場申込みはお済みでしょうか？

Finally, there is less than 1 month left until Lily Fair June.  Have you finished the entry?

生産者様・市場関係者様・花卉業界関係者様は、6/7・8(関係者内覧会)でのご来場をおススメさせていただいております。

展示内容等の違いがありますのはもちろんのことですが、6/9・10の一般公開日は、弊社前及び臨時駐車場ともに一般開放いたします。

混雑も予想され、駐車スペースの確保も困難と思われます。何卒ご了承ください。
We recommend our business customers and other relative people to come on June 7 and 8 (private view days for relative people).  The contents of the event are different between these private open days and weekend.  The weekend, 9th and 10th, will be open days for general people, and the areas in front of our office building will be opened for all the visitors, and we'll also have other temporary parking areas on this weekend.
It is expected that it will be crowded around our office and the event place, and hard to find your parking space.

Branching has been finished and you can see the buds even in this photo.

今回も、好評いただいております、到花日数順での栽培となっております。

ハウス内のリストも、送付及び配布させていただきます。

弊社ハウス内でなくとも、品種選択の際、お役にたつこと請け合いですのでぜひ手に取っていただきたく思います。

This year, as well as last year, the layout of the varieties are made in order of growing speed.

We have prepared the list of layout and varieties which we can send to you if you need.  It should be useful itself for you when choosing varieties.

Please feel free to ask us for the list.

場所が変わって、こちらは養成圃場です。

蕾がだいぶ太ってきております。

こちらは、咲かせるのではなく球根を太らせなくてはなりませんので、もう少しすると摘蕾を行います。
Meanwhile, this is the latest situation of our bulb field.
The buds are becoming bigger here, too.
This field is not for flowers but for growing bulbs, so we will have to dis-bud all the lilies in short time.

どろんこ祭り / Doronko Festival

暖かいというより、暑いくらいの日が続いていた高知でしたが、この週末は冬に逆戻りをしたかのような気温でした。山間部では、雪も見られたようです。

It's been "hot" rather than "warm" in Kochi these days.  But last weekend was back to winter.  It even snowed in mountain areas. 

本日は、長浜地区では春の恒例行事「どろんこ祭り」でした。

 An annual spring festival called "Doronko Matsuri" was held in our area (Nagahama) today.  

この祭りは、かつての殿様(長宗我部家説も山内家説もあり)が、長浜周辺をお忍びで訪れた際、農作業中の早乙女が泥を跳ね、着物を汚されてしまった。

しかし、殿様は怒るどころか民の労をねぎらった。

民は、泥を掛け合って喜んだ。という話が起源だと言われております。

The origin of this festival is passed in a story.  When an old lord of this area visited Nagahama, a farmer girl scattered the lord's kimono with mud by mistake.  Everyone thought that the lord would get angry, but he praised people's hard work instead.  The people expressed their happiness with daubing mud to each other.

そして現在では、早乙女役の女性が、無病息災や五穀豊穣を願って男性の顔に泥を塗ってまわるというお祭りとなっております。

顔に塗られているのは、どこかですくってきた泥ではなく、顔に塗る用に不純物を取り除いて精製されたものだそうです。

高知県知事などが塗られている様子がニュースになったりもします。

Now in the festival, women as farmer girls visit houses in Nagahama area and  paint mud on men's faces praying for good health and huge harvest.

The mud they use is not from ground, but they make special mud without dirt for this festival.

The governor of Kochi sometimes get this mud in this festival, and seen in a TV news.

4月ですぞ。 / Now, April.

もう、汗ばむ陽気の続く高知です。

すでに、桜は散り始めております。

花粉も元気にとびまわっているようで、中村農園でも鼻の調子の悪そうなスタッフがちらほら…。

Now in Kochi, the temperature has been like nearly summer for days.

Cherry trees are finishing their flowers.

Tree pollen seems very active to see some of our staffs suffering from bad hay fever.

さて、中村農園はいま・・・。

There are some seasonal news in our company.

まずは、養成圃場です。

見えているのは、カサブランカです。

今年は、花散らしと言われるような春先の雨も降らず、天気も晴れがつづいております。

つまり圃場は、乾燥しているわけです。

そこで、例年より早く灌水チューブを敷設いたしました。

順調です。

The first one is our bulb field.

The photo above is Casa Blanca.

This year, we didn't have much spring rain which is called "flower scatter", and the weather has been good so far.

That means that the field is dry.  Therefore, irrigation tubes were installed earlier than usual years.  It's going alright.

つづきましては、おなじみ試験ハウスです。

順次、6月のゆりの展示会で皆さまにご覧いただくゆりたちが植えられております。

今日は、川上もたのしそうに定植に参加しておりました。

そうそう、この川上がスマイル通信の品種当てクイズを出題しております。

The next news is from our test greenhouse.

The lilies which will be shown to you in our exhibition in June are being planted.

Today, Kawakami joined the planting as well.

By the way, he is the man who is making the quiz in Smile News every months.

デスクにあったこれ、ご存じですか？

そう、お口爽快のあれです。

The last one is a random topic.

You should know this product which I found on my desk.  Yes, this makes your mouth fresh.

何気なく見ておりますと“原産国オランダ”ですって…。

そう、フリスクもオランダのお菓子だったのです。

元々は、オランダの会社がベルギーで作っていたようなのですが、最近は、工場もオランダにあるのだそうです。

I unexpectedly found that this is originally made in Holland.  FRISK is also from Holland.

This Dutch company was making FRISK in Belgium at first, but they now have a factory in Holland too.
